Lost in Yoga was created for people who never quite felt at home in typical fitness spaces.
For the ones who worried they weren’t flexible enough. Or fit enough. Or calm enough.
We wanted to create somewhere you could walk into exactly as you are and feel comfortable straight away.
A place where yoga helps real life, sleep, stress, aches, energy – not just poses on a mat.

We don’t believe yoga is about perfect postures.
We believe it’s about feeling better in your body and calmer in your mind.
Some days that means building strength. Some days it means stretching tight muscles. Some days it simply means lying still and breathing for the first time all day.
All of it counts.
You don’t have to be spiritual, flexible or experienced to belong here.
There is no pressure to keep up and no expectation to get anything “right”.
You can rest whenever you need and you’ll never be singled out or put on the spot.
We’re here to guide and support you, not to punish you.
Over time something lovely happens….
Many members come initially for exercise but stay because the studio becomes their hour of calm in a day, a small routine that helps everything else feel more manageable.

I opened Lost in Yoga because I kept meeting people who wanted to try yoga but felt too intimidated to start.
I’ve always believed yoga should feel welcoming, not exclusive, somewhere warm, friendly and quietly supportive.
If you’re unsure about coming, that’s completely normal. We’ll help you settle in and you won’t be expected to know anything before you arrive.
We’re really glad you found us!
