Lost in Yoga was founded to be an escape from the constant craziness and occasional loneliness of London life.

We are an inclusive studio, all about uniting communities through the healing power of yoga, and tea!

Located in a bright and airy, purpose built studio, under a railway track, located opposite Burgess Park in between Elephant and Castle and Camberwell. The studio has a lovely calm and inviting vibe to it, if you are new to the area or just want to say hi, get in touch to arrange a tour.

We are open 7 days a week with a schedule of 25 + in the studio, online or on demand classes, workshops and events, we have something to suit every level and cover most styles of yoga, from restorative to dynamic and everything in between!

What we are:

Friendly and welcoming to absolutely anyone that walks through our doors

Leading with love, always

Ego and competition free – mostly! sometimes it creeps back in 😉

Very beginner friendly

Reasonably priced, if our prices don’t work for you we will always be happy to discuss individual circumstances, we believe yoga should be accessible for everyone

Welcoming to all bodies and backgrounds, there is no such thing as a typical yogi, we are just nice people!

Building a community, lots of our classes have a chats and tea/biscuits after format so you can stay behind and get to know your fellow neighbours

What we are not:

A super cool, fancy pants studio!

If you have never done yoga before and find it all a bit daunting, give us a call or drop us an email and we can help to answer all of your questions and allay your fears, plus make a bunch of suggestions of suitable classes to get started with.

We invite you to come and get lost in the sound of your breath, move your body in a way that feels good, not caring if it looks good and most of all, have fun whilst doing it.

Watch this space for loads more classes, workshops, events and retreats coming soon, you can follow us on social media for the most regular updates on Instagram here and Facebook here.

We look forward to practicing with you soon. Come get Lost!
