Lost in Yoga is a cosy, purpose built independent yoga studio under a railway arch opposite Burgess Park, in between Elephant and Castle and Camberwell.
Opened in February 2019, the studio was set up by Hayley Elam after visiting so many yoga studios (got to love an intro offer!) and never really feeling very welcome or at home. She wanted to provide a sanctuary where people could come and feel like they belonged, where it doesn’t matter what you look like, what your background is, what things you have or how flexible you are, we are all there for the same reason, to move, to breathe and to feel good in our bodies.
We are open 7 days a week with a schedule of 25 + in the studio, online or on demand classes, workshops and events, we have something to suit every level and cover most styles of yoga, from restorative to dynamic and everything in between!
What we are:
Friendly and welcoming to absolutely anyone that walks through our doors
Ego and competition free – mostly!
Very beginner friendly
Reasonably priced, if our prices don’t work for you we will always be happy to discuss individual circumstances, we believe yoga should be accessible for everyone
Welcoming to all bodies and backgrounds, there is no such thing as a typical yogi, we are just nice people!
Building a community, stay behind after class for tea and biscuits and get to know your fellow neighbours
What we are not:
A super cool, fancy pants studio!
If you have never done yoga before and find it all a bit daunting, give us a call or drop us an email and we can help to answer all of your questions and allay your fears, plus make a bunch of suggestions of suitable classes to get started with.
We look forward to practicing with you soon. Come get Lost!
