New process and safety guidelines
Your safety is our top priority, here are the changes you need to know about ahead of our exciting reopening on Saturday the 25th July…..
⭐ The studio will open 10 minutes before class, please wait outside if you arrive early and socially distance
⭐ Please book onto classes in advance, either via our website or the TeamUp members app
⭐ Book early to avoid disappointment, we are at less than 50% capacity so spaces are very limited
⭐ Bring bags/valuables into the studio and place them on the shelves or by your mat (please try to bring the minimum amount of stuff to the studio!)
⭐ Arrive in your yoga gear ready to yoga
⭐ Anti bac or wash your hands on entry and exit
⭐ Bring your own water and cloth if you wish to spray down your mat after class (spray will be available, no cloths)
⭐ Bring your own mat and any props that you like, our classes will be designed so you do not need anything specific
⭐ Place your mat in between the mat markers on the floor
⭐ If you need to use the toilet please spray clean the toilet, flush, taps and door handle with the disinfectant afterwards
⭐ Bring a jumper or blanket to keep you warm if the weather is not hot, we will be having the doors and windows open as much as possible for good ventilation
General:
? There will be half an hour between classes so there are no student crossovers between classes
? All classes will be live streamed for those that prefer to stay at home, students will not be in the shot so you do not need to worry!
? We will be adding more classes to the studio schedule as soon as we can
? Please keep an eye on the schedule as it changes, some class times will be moving by 15 minutes, check carefully when you book
? As space is at such a premium we are sorry to say we will have to introduce a £10 late cancellation/ no show fee for members who do not give the 3 hours minimum notice
? Teachers will be checking in only, we do not want them taking payments as we want to minimise any contact points to keep them safe, please book on in advance and email us if you are not sure of anything
? Lockers will not be in use
? Our classes either say in studio or livestream so make sure you check what you are booking
? On our website you can now select Studio Class Schedule to quickly see just the studio classes, otherwise it’s All Class Schedule
? Our pricing page is now either Pricing In Studio or Pricing Online too, we hope to refine all of this stuff over time!
