Angela Conjaerts

Angela likes to guide humans through creative and mindful ways to move their bodies. Focusing always on leaning into what feels necessary for each individual, and what cultivates a comfortable breath and body connection.

Jessica Marie Heath

It's important for Jessica not to get too caught up in how advanced the posture is, or on getting better. She thinks the foundations, like breath work, energy flow and hip openers for pelvic alignment are key to building a long lasting practice. That isn't to say her classes won't have a bit of handstand or pincha prep in there, as it's still fun going upside down.

Kate Hiley

Kate’s classes are the perfect combination of mindfulness and fun! Hopefully you laugh just as deep as you breathe and leave feeling more connected to yourself and your body. She believes that through joy and playfulness we are able to draw ourselves away from our busy minds and come back to our bodies, to our breath and hopefully to be more present.

Tash Sekar

Tash believes that Yoga is so much more than just a physical practice. Based on her own personal physical experience, she hopes her classes will help you feel more calm, relaxed and uplifted. She has a light-hearted approach to her classes and encourages everybody to work with their own bodies and to connect with their own inner teacher. All whilst having a giggle and not taking things too seriously!
