Adriana is passionate about helping people to become healthier and happier through yoga. She aims to give people the tools and inspiration they need to unlock their highest potential. She encourage students to practice with a beginners mind every time they come to the mat. Her classes are creative, focused on the breath and alignment principles; expect to move with intention, sweat and awaken the dormant energies within you.

Adriana started practicing yoga when she was 18 and it completely transform her life. She realised there was so much more of herself to discover, to listen, to embrace. She moved to London in 2015 to do her teaching training in 2015 and since then, she has been sharing the benefits of this incredible practice with everyone around her. She is passionate about teaching and giving her students a space to relax, restore and reconnect.
Her classes are dynamic and creative. She creates different flows for each class and can adapt the class to any level. She loves to follow the movement with the breath and focus on alignment principles. She really cares about the wellness of her students and gives all her energy to make a peaceful and inspiring class for people to leave feeling uplifted and relaxed.
