Angela Conjaerts

Angela likes to guide humans through creative and mindful ways to move their bodies. Focusing always on leaning into what feels necessary for each individual, and what cultivates a comfortable breath and body connection.

Angela is trained in both Vinyasa and Hatha yoga as well as chair yoga and moving meditations. In her classes you can expect to be encouraged to reach your full potential for that day; always offering a variety of modifications for students of all levels. Teaching a fresh flow with harmonious sequencing and a prominence on mindfulness, inclusion and accessibility.

With a decade long employment history working in mental health and most recently completing extended learning in trauma informed yoga practices, Angela has strived to establish a teaching style that is carried out with the same level of mindfulness and inclusion. Her main focus is always thoughtful movement to ensure a holistic practice for the body, mind and soul.
