After flirting with yoga for many years, Claudia finally found a teacher she could truly connect with and her journey into yoga began. Her high level of energy meant that before yoga she needed to keep active and burn (out?) in order to find a bit of peace. However, it is thanks to a regular mindful practise that Claudia has been able to channel that energy and find more stillness and balance both in her body and mind. Her aim is to bring those feelings to all her students too.
Having completed her 200 Hour Vinyasa Flow teacher training in London, Claudia has covered classes all over town! And now teaches regularly in Brixton and Camberwell.
Claudia’s style is fun, relaxed and stimulating. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, but with a focus on bringing the body and mind to a grounded, present state before flowing and moving, all to an upbeat soundtrack. Newbies to downward dog and regulars at Trianga Mukha Eka Pada Pascimottanasana (hahah gotta love that one!) are all welcome to her classes.
Her love for guided meditation, especially the practice of Yoga Nidra, means that it is not uncommon for her to interweave these techniques into her regular sequences.
