Harold has studied, practiced, and taught for over 25 years, the philosophy and ideology of the oriental arts: yoga, tai chi, qi gong, and kung fu. This has become his way of life in maintaining physical health and spiritual development. Over the years, Harold created his own system ying yang holistic which includes pilates and the oriental arts. He successfully healed his own body of various discomforts and defects which resulted from severe physical traumas. His commitment and dedication to healing resulted in many testimonies ranging from medical practitioners, psychotherapists, teachers and fitness instructors, to mention a few. His deep passion led him to helping heal and inspire many others to teach these disciplines.
He shares his knowledge with an enthusiastic encouragement which enables participants in his classes to overcome physical limitations due to injury or faulty posture.
