Hebe Richardson

Hebe is an inclusive yoga teacher with a passion for accessible movement. All of Hebe’s classes are invitational, where you can expect to explore movement, breath and mindfulness in a fun and joyful way. Her classes are person centred and beginner friendly, encouraging curiosity about our bodies and movement without judgement.

Hebe is a trauma-informed, inclusive, hatha, restorative and yoga nidra teacher. She was drawn to yoga initially through practicing with her mum, who has used yoga for 10 + years to support her chronic illness. She came to her own practice while at university in London, but found the ‘scene’ a little overwhelming, feeling like she wasn’t wearing the right clothes, wasn’t flexible enough and ultimately not ‘fitting in’.

She has been teaching yoga since 2018, since then taking multiple further trainings in inclusivity and accessibility, yoga nidra, restorative yoga and trauma-informed yoga. As well as teaching yoga, she is also a registered associate nutritionist (ANutr), who works from a HAES© approach, helping individuals to work through their relationship to food and body image.
