Holly likes to incorporate asana, breathing, meditation, mind-body connection and terrible jokes into each class. There is always an adjustment or a way to push yourself a little further and a little nap at the end.

Holly believes that the most important study we can undertake is the study of ourselves. Through yoga, meditation and self-study practices we can improve, which in turn, will help our loved ones and community. During each class and workshop Holly tries to create a sense of calm, community and connection to help deepen your practice and relationship with mind, body and breath to truly know your self. Qualified as a 200hr Hatha teacher, Holly is also undertaking 150hr yoga teacher training, 220hr meditation training and 110hr Yoga Nidra training. Through this training she hopes to be able to bring even more knowledge and understanding to her students.
