Throughout her time working as a Secondary School teacher, practising yoga in the evenings was the antidote to the stresses and demands of the job. Being a generally busy and social person, yoga taught her to slow down, make time for herself and appreciate stillness. Her classes are feel-good, energetic and focus on the art of being able to stay truly present.
Yoga has transformed her life and taught her how to be the best version of herself each day which is why she feels so passionate about sharing and teaching her experiences with others.
