Patricia is an intuitive teacher, always adapting her approach to suit each body, rather than the other way around.
She is a strong believer that yoga is for everybody, including the pregnant body and that moving with the breath is the best meditation there is.
As a prenatal yoga teacher, Patrícia brings many influences to create a class that works on mobility, joint stability and bringing comfort to many misalignments that happen during pregnancy. Patricia’s classes also have a component of birth preparation and birth recovery giving mums to be fantastic tools to take away with them.
