Suzannah is a somatics-informed yoga teacher based in South London, offering inclusive and grounding practices that are all about embodiment and connection. With over 300 hours of training, she teaches Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Postnatal, and Yin, blending mindful movement and breathwork to create a practice that flows across all styles.
