Movement has always been an important part of Claudia’s life and she started practicing yoga as a teenager to compliment playing county cricket and netball. Discovering that her practice was helping to create space in her mind as well as benefitting her sports playing, her love for yoga continued to grow and she wanted to share the positive impact that it had on her own wellbeing with other people.
Since then, Claudia has been teaching a variety of classes and offers a relaxed, welcoming class that is accessible for all levels. Her classes aim to encourage curiosity and offer a space for students to find out what yoga can mean for them, inviting them to turn inwards and focus on how poses feel rather than how they look. Expect a playful and creative flow, with an offer to challenge the body but also a freedom to go at your own pace so that you leave class feeling grounded and re-energised for your day.
