Nat has a passion for the benefits yoga has not just on our physical but mental health too. Using yoga to ground you in the now you can expect a range of teaching from Nat from gentle pregnancy flows to more dynamic vinyasa classes.

Nat has been practising yoga for years and finally took the plunge to train as a teacher after the birth of her first child. Wanting to spread the benefits of pregnancy yoga she experienced herself, and help create a community for mums to be. Nat also loves teaching a more dynamic vinyasa class to build up the heat!
