Whether it’s contemporary dance or a yoga practice, movement has always been integral for Suze – a way to find balance and create space in the body and mind. After training as a dancer at London Studio Centre, Suze enjoyed working creatively in performing and teaching. She started practicing yoga to supplement her movement, quickly discovering that its benefits stretched far beyond just physical movement.
Since then, her love for the practice and its multitude of benefits has continued to grow. Keen to share this passion in an accessible and inclusive way, Suze began teaching in 2020 to a variety of people, welcoming all abilities and experience levels. Her classes give a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, where you can feel comfortable and supported to move through creative flows and discover a love for movement.
