Yoga surprised Amandine from the very moment she discovered it and has gradually become part of her everyday life. Because it feeds each layer of the self (body mind and soul), it leads to an exploration and growth of our identity. In order to share this wonderful practice with others, she completed a 200 hour teacher training in Vinyasa Flow with YogaLondon. She updates her knowledge regularly with advanced trainings such as Pre/Post Natal, Yin yoga, the chakra system and anatomy.
She offers balanced and varied classes incorporating meditation, yogic philosophy & mindfulness. Pranayama (breath regulation) is at the heart of Vinyasa style and plays an essential role in all of her classes.
Each class is designed to meet every body’s needs, and encourages each individual to develop their own understanding and interpretation of yoga.
