Hayley Elam

Hayley Elam

Hayley is passionate about making yoga accessible for everyone, she encourages people to move their bodies in a way that feels good, not caring if it looks good. Her classes are breath focussed, light hearted and fun; expect to have a giggle, move mindfully and come away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Hayley set up Lost in Yoga after graduating from Inspira Yogas’ year long teacher training programme. After many years in high pressure corporate recruitment and sales roles her body and mind were a little broken! Yoga was her saviour and now she is extremely passionate about helping others to receive the same healing benefits.

London is such a competitive and fast paced environment, Lost in Yoga was founded to be the opposite of that, we are all about relaxing and de-stressing, letting go of the day and becoming present, moving the body in a way that feels good and not caring about if it looks good! Hayley believes in building a community of like minded people, offering classes with optional drinks and chats afterwards to connect people and restore faith in humanity!

Classes offer a variety of ways to help students reconnect with their bodies and quieten their minds including slow, mindful vinyasa flow (always with optional vinyasas and chaturangas!) hatha, restorative yoga, mindfulness, meditation, mantras, pranayama (breathing) exercises and yoga philosophy.
